[問題] 做出的湯種有顆粒
最近新入手了麵包機,
照著附的食譜做出乾乾的麵包....
上網發現湯種似乎可以改變這個狀況,
於是乎,就自己試做了湯種...
結果可能是因為加熱的溫度太高,
雖然成團了但是有顆粒,
想問問,這樣的小麵糰還可以加進
麵包機裡做麵包嗎?
