[問題] 平板蛋糕一問
烤這款蛋糕已有些時日,
目前的問題:
入爐前努力把麵糊抹平
為何出爐後蛋糕的厚度不平均?
捲出來呈現一邊厚一邊薄的狀況
不知有無方法改善?
