
[問題] 失敗的重乳酪蛋糕

切開後蛋糕裡面的質地變這樣
請問這樣的質地是因為沒有烤熟嗎
還是因為我奶油乳酪一開始沒攪拌均勻
另外請教
鋪上烘培紙前要抹奶油嗎?
用了鑄鐵鍋
雖然放了烘培紙但整個無法脫模
