[問題] 免烤起士蛋糕奶油乳酪融不了QQ
正在隔水加熱融化奶油起士,
弄了好久,還無法使它融成液狀,
呈現一個稠稠黏黏的狀態,
目前都還沒有加入砂糖或是鮮奶油,
會是水太熱讓它變質了嗎@@?
我是用卡夫的菲力cream cheese…

昨天後來慌了手腳>_<,
亂加點牛奶跟優格,再用手動打勻,
確實加點液體去打,有改善原本非常黏稠的情形,

因為起士蛋糕體味道有些淡,
所以上面再加了一層巧克力碎片鮮奶油,
原本是要做滑順的,
但融化後的巧克力倒入之前打好的鮮奶油時間,
就結小顆粒塊…
應該是鮮奶油太冰…囧
勉強再手動打滑順一點…仍有小顆粒
(該買電動的了…手打好累難打)
