[問題] 派皮一定要放涼嗎?
看到食譜都是先烤派皮,再取出放涼待用,
請問大家一定要等派皮冷卻才能放餡嗎?
因為需要再進烤箱一次,有點想偷懶
想要考完派皮直接放入餡料再進烤箱,這樣就不要擔心烤箱中間冷卻
還要多預熱一次~
