[問題] 這樣算是薄膜嗎
話說之前幾次做麵包時麵糰總是揉勻就放著發了,
這次想說來試試何謂薄膜,
這次做蔥麵包

也找了揉麵團的影片邊做邊看
麵糰是真的有比之前鬆軟(像水球?
但感覺還是沒有可以拉的出薄膜的感覺,而且也沒說很平滑...
而且感覺拉出薄膜的周邊筋都超明顯,正常嗎

想問一下這麵團是問題出在哪= =
是揉過頭?還是可以達到薄膜但尚未成功,再繼續甩?
還是根本已經失敗打再久都不會到薄膜阿
