[蛋糕] 重乳酪蛋糕 感覺稠稠水水的.
今天參考書上的食譜作了1次...
切開裡面感覺稠稠水水有點像鮮奶油的樣子...
會是沒熟嗎..... 還是我用安佳的乳酪.
配方如下:
底下餅皮用:
消化餅 200g
無鹽奶油 80g
起士蛋糕用:
Cream Cheese 500g
雞蛋 4顆
細砂糖 100g
優格 100g
水浴法 130℃的烤箱,60分鐘,放涼後在放入冷藏
