[問題] 起司蛋糕長出紅色點點
我ㄧ星期前做了ㄧ個免烤乳酪蛋糕
(卡夫、牛奶、鮮奶油、吉利丁)
做好就ㄧ直放保鮮盒內
昨天開冰箱看還沒事很正常
今天突然全部冒出紅點
只有表面而已切開裡面沒有
分佈非常均勻而且可以用濕紙巾擦掉
很像沾到某種粉類但他一直在盒子裡啊
請問有人知道這是什麼嗎
擦掉還能吃嗎?還是是某種黴菌|||
