[問題] 戚風蛋糕冷藏的問題
做了幾次戚風蛋糕,有香草跟巧克力
是烤成功了,但是都有一股蛋腥味
以及冷藏兩天就非常乾硬
我用的食譜 四吋
麵粉27
植物油25
全蛋一顆
糖15
180度35分鐘,出爐時柔軟有彈性
冰過後完全幹硬.....還有蛋腥味
有版友可以分享問題所在嘛?
