[問題] 內餡包巧克力的問題?
我家有之前costco買的苦甜巧克力(一小一小片,有60% 72% 80%),如果我要做巧克力內餡
的麵包,可以將這種巧可力敲碎直接包進去嗎?
這樣麵包冷了以後裡面的巧克力是否會還原成原本的硬度呢?
