[問題] 烤派皮的顏色
請問一下,小弟平常喜歡做派但派皮的顏色始終沒有很深.
怕烤太深反而是焦掉.
有人可以推薦烤派皮的訣竅嗎?
目前小弟是6吋模壓重石先烤20分鐘,移除重石再烤10分鐘.
若移除重石的時候順便脫模再烤10分鐘,這樣ok嗎?
