[蛋糕] 製作裝飾蛋糕使用動物性鮮奶油
今天要做蛋糕,需要鮮奶油抹面,
但昨天家人買錯鮮奶油…買ISIGNY的動物性鮮奶油,超怕打不發的,
請問有什麼辦法可以增加穩定性?爬文說可以加糖那要加多少?或是打完拿去冷凍一下可以嗎?拜託各位救救我的蛋糕m(_ _)m
