[問題] 雞蛋過篩,篩不過的蛋白...?
請問雞蛋過篩時,有一塊特別黏稠的蛋白篩不過去,
大家是直接剔除不用嗎?
這樣雞蛋的量不就不足@@
或是用什麼方法讓他沒那麼稠?
