[問題] 布丁的口感
請問大家,昨天第一次試作布丁要給小朋友吃,用carol老師的食譜,但有調整內容,改
成蛋黃一顆,鮮奶90ml,糖8g,香草精少許,用蒸烤方式放涼冷藏,今天吃起來的口感非
常綿密滑順,很像布蕾的口感,想請問若要有彈性的布丁,要怎麼作調整呢?還是自製布
丁就是這樣口感呢?被市售布丁蒙騙口感太久了
