[問題] 棉花蛋糕
最近最火紅的棉花蛋糕讓人很想試看看,但是食譜大部分在烤箱的溫度設定都是有上下火區分,我的烤箱只能設定一種溫度,這樣會影響烤的成果嗎?
昨天試做一次,巧克力棉花蛋糕,還是失敗(第三次失敗),這次選不用分下下火溫度的食譜,前10分鐘170度,再調為150度烤40分!
