[問題] 磅蛋糕濕濕的
想請問版上各位高手
這幾天在做磅蛋糕時外表都已烤的有點黑
但唯獨裡面會濕濕的這樣正常嗎?
但看網路上的圖片大家都沒有像我一樣
到底是哪裡出問題了呢......

是奶油沒有打好嗎?
還是沒烤熟呢?
我是用等比的奶油麵粉與糖加兩顆蛋上下火170烤50分
