請問蛋糕不均勻的問題
配方
(1)蛋1、糖15g
(2)低粉40g、芝麻粉20g、牛奶60g
做法
1.蛋黃+(2)扮勻
2.蛋白打發至不滴落
3.1/3蛋白霜加到蛋黃糊裏扮勻,再加進蛋白霜扮勻
做出來這樣...

口感ok,但熱吃時有點麵粉味QQ
想請問蛋糕下方好像被擠壓的那樣,不是鬆鬆的,是沒烤熟嗎?還是蛋糊沒扮勻?
要給寶寶吃的,怕他吃到不熟的@@"
阿母是超級新手,還有是用小考箱烤的,還請各位指教
