[問題] 提拉米蘇乳酪糊呈現顆粒狀
今天第一次做提拉米蘇,步驟如下:
step1,打發鮮奶油
step2,打發蛋黃
step3,將 Mascarpone cheese加入step2的蛋黃慢慢拌勻
就是從step3開始出現問題,乳酪糊出現顆粒狀,請問這是什麼原因呢?要怎麼做才不會
有顆粒狀?謝謝大家。
