[問題] 冰箱小西餅的麵團若不加泡打粉?
想做可以按壓餅乾模的冰箱小西餅、書上寫的材料是奶油:120克、細砂糖:100克、全蛋
液:50克、低筋麵粉:200g,泡打粉:2g
想請問若不加泡打粉、配方如何調整比較好吃?還是說冰冰箱整夜就可以了?
