[問題] 如何將茄子融入蛋塔
大家好,小弟目前高2生
正在製作專題,而我們想要把茄子融入蛋塔
但是不知道要如何融入,我們的理念是想改變小孩對茄子
口感不佳、無色、無味的特性去除,但是目前毫無頭緒
且怕失敗,且沒太多資金能讓我們不停地試驗。
不知道各位鄉民大大們及業界各位師傅們能否幫幫忙給點建議。
