[問題] 瑪德蓮脫模問題
大家好~小的是烘焙新手~還在持續嘗試新作品中
想請問大家,今天買了瑪德蓮的模具
我買的是單個的,不是連著的那種,因為家裡烤箱擺不下…
下午烤之前有抹奶油+撒低粉,結果…脫模失敗ˊ_>ˋ
處於倒不出來,但直接摳邊邊會變兩層分離的狀態,最後是拿工具沿著模的形狀吐下來的
晚上不死心又做了一次
這次沒有灑粉,直接抹植物油
烤完出來看起來有好一點,但還是脫不下來_| ̄|○
最後還是用跟下午的方式一樣弄下來的
想請問各位前輩我的做法要如何改進呢?
正常瑪德蓮是烤完就可以很輕鬆脫模的嗎?
