[問題] 關於Kitchenaid全蛋打發方式
已經試了兩次都失敗的全蛋打發,用的是Carol食譜想做磅蛋糕,
知道的是全蛋打發要一邊加熱,所以要在爐火上隔水加熱,一邊打發。
一直苦思不解的是,如果用Kitchenaid攪拌缸,下方要怎麼加熱??
昨天試過要用抹布弄熱水一直溫熱攪拌缸好像徒勞無功,
我家沒有手持式的打蛋器,只有Kitchenaid攪拌缸,
煩請各位指點迷津,感謝...
