[問題] 第二次發酵問題
想請教版上大大
目前做吐司遇到第二次發酵發不到八分滿的情況
有看網路上說後發酵溫度盡量再38度左右
但這個溫度是該怎麼保持
大家都是用甚麼器具來建立良好的發酵環境
