[問題] 泡打粉
大家好
小弟是烘焙新手
對於泡打粉有點問題想請教@@
昨天嘗試做蛋白蛋糕(就是所謂天使蛋糕
因為沒有電動打蛋機
手動打蛋超累……
但是自己覺得成果還不錯XD
跟網路上的圖幾乎一樣
但是問題來了
考玩出爐後
成品竟然扁扁的像大餅
而且口感有點扎實不像蛋糕……
我參照的食譜上是沒有泡打粉的
可是別的食譜裡有些有說需要泡打粉
會是這樣的關係嗎?
還有泡打粉會不會傷身體?
因為是要做給家人吃的所以覺得不想加不認識的東東
麻煩各位幫小弟解個惑
