[問題] 如何做出超Q彈貝果
今天第一次做貝果
大致上都很OK
唯一的問題是不像真正的貝果(外國吃到的or好丘)那麼有嚼勁

我是使用A做法
整體來說都比較軟~有點像麵包
只有皮比較Q一點
精華區看過了,但也看過一個說法
直接從中間挖圓形的貝果也會偏軟?
如果說水煮步驟是讓麵糰停止沒辦法再往外發酵(膨脹)
不知道最後一步次發酵時間縮短會不會有用
