[問題] 為什麼怎麼做布丁蛋味都很重?
如題
我用的是普通鮮奶加很多的食譜
已經做過不少次調整量
不論用烤箱水浴或是用蒸的
結果都超像甜蒸蛋
看了外面小七的布丁
加了一堆看不懂的東西
想請問各位大大是不是做出來結果都和我一樣
不一樣的話,口味和外面布丁差別在哪裡
