[問題] 家庭用的烤箱預熱?
請問大家
我有個問題
常常說烤蛋糕麵包前要預熱
請問大家都怎判斷預熱足夠了呢?
我看有些影片,還沒弄材料前就開始預熱
那怎個弄完不就超耗電~!!!??!?!
因為我媽對電器很敏感,他不喜歡我用電器用太久,說很耗電
我是用上下火已經紅通通了來判斷應該OK了,但是...總覺得蛋糕弄出來
不像外面賣的那麼膨耶~吃起來就是外表鬆內有扎實感
是我過程有問題吧~!?還是真的跟預熱有關?!
