[問題] 餅乾口感像麵糰考熟?
我想要做瓦片脆脆的口感,用170烤20多分,吃起來不但沒有脆,很像麵糰壓扁烤熟而已,請問是烤不夠久還是糖用太少?
剩下蛋黃做蛋黃餅,也是麵糰口感,是蛋黃打太發嗎?
