[問題] 蜂蜜麵糰發酵狀況不佳
最近照Carol老師的配方作麵包
已經練習到失敗率很低了
其中失敗的一次是用蜂蜜取代糖
今天不死心又再試一次
麵糰發了兩小時還沒到兩倍大
跟上次發酵狀況很差的情況一樣
請問我該延長發酵時間嗎
還是有其他補救的辦法?
還是說麵糰就是失敗救不回來了 QQ
