[問題] 把麵包麵團拿去蒸
昨天因為一次作太多東西,(軟法,小餐包,輕乳酪)
因為擔心過發,所以就很假會,把小餐包(已經後發完成)拿去蒸
結果,下場就是七顆硬麵團orz
請問這是因為蒸籠溫度比烤箱高,所以酵母快速發酵,所以麵團撐不住就掛了
還是有其他原因??
