[問題] 蛋打發後未烘烤~可以直接吃?(如:提拉米蘇
一直以來都有這個疑惑~~~
薑餅屋的蛋白霜...提拉米蘇的蛋打發~~
但是都沒有...經過煮熟或烘烤...
尤其蛋殼上面有細菌~多少會不小心...污染到~
這樣不會有細菌嘛?這些點心~小孩可以吃嘛?
還是有神麼殺菌的方法?
