[問題] 麵包機麵包脫模怎麼做?
請問一下,
麵包用麵包機烤好了,
要怎麼把麵包從模子裡倒出來啊?
不管我怎麼倒,快倒慢倒,
先掉出來的部分只要一用盤子接都會扁掉,形狀超醜的(泣)
該怎麼做才能改善呢?orz

我是用冰水+冰牛奶
Seiko HBK-151 食譜是說明書上的
牛奶吐司麵包
行程 1 吐司
水 70ml
牛奶 110ml
高筋麵粉 280g -->山茶花
鹽 4g
奶油 20g -->總統牌無鹽
加糖煉乳 40g
發酵粉 3g -->燕子金色
不知道是哪個環節有問題呢?
