[麵包] 隨便做隨便烤的麵包
這是隨隨便做的麵包,但都有成功,提供給各位看看
麵粉 4杯
一點砂糖 一點鹽(後來幾次我都沒放鹽就加糖而己)
快速酵母一包 8G
熱水
把乾料 麵粉砂糖跟酵母都倒在一起,混一混
然後加入2杯熱水(其實會視情況加減一些)
然後就揉到把麵團成團就差不多了,
不用揉到光滑或是什麼,就是成團,
就放在鍋子裡面等發酵,
一般就等到發酵到2倍大,
我就拿出來拍拍,整整型,這時候麵團已經很光滑也很軟了,
分成小圓團,
再等它發酵個15 20分鐘,
我就直接送烤箱,420F烤到表面像是法國麵包的那種黃色就好了,
表皮會很硬,拿來配濃湯剛好,
