[問題] 請問水手牌強力粉跟一般麵粉的差異~
大家好,
我是烘焙新手,目前都是買超市的麵粉來用,
看板上很多人在買水手牌強力粉,
不知道這個跟一般麵粉的差別是什麼?
為什麼會說是"強力"呢?
對不起問了好像對大家來說都已經是常識的蠢問題~
不過真的希望有人可以不吝幫我解惑~~
