[問題] Mascarpone cheese取代Cream cheese?
前兩天翻冰箱才發現之前特價買了2盒Mascarpone cheese
快過期了啊!!!!!! 都還沒拆封
但又不想做提拉米蘇剩一堆蛋黃....
想說如果做輕、重乳酪蛋糕或是慕斯之類的
原配方裡的Cream cheese可以代換成Mascarpone嗎?
有需要增減量嗎?
