[問題] 該買調理機還是調理棒??
不好意思想問一下
就是小的我蠻常做甜點的
也很常會用到糖粉
或是偶爾做馬卡龍時要用到杏仁粉
因為純糖粉跟馬卡龍用杏仁粉實在太貴了
所以想說可以買細砂和一般杏仁粉
用機器打成粉就好了
因為量不多想說買調理棒就好
但又怕調理棒效果不好
可能要動用到調理機會比較好
所以想問一下大家有什麼建議嗎???
