這是我們自己做的手工餅乾,

目前配方還在調整,
油糖量約為一般手工餅乾的一半,
不添加人工色素香精、泡打粉等,
給朋友試吃有人反應不夠香酥,
請問在不增加油糖的情況下,
有辦法增加口感嗎?
