[問題] 純巧克力漿
這星期入手約一公升的純巧克力漿,
不甜,很苦,沒添加植物油,
所以很硬有天然澀感,
現在苦惱不知道能拿來做什麽東西?
希望是可以簡單操作,不需調溫,
成功度高的食品。
目前心裏想做成生巧克力,
希望柔軟微甜能順口,
但是沒有做巧克力的經驗,
有沒有強者能指導,
怎麽調味和軟化它?
它整個硬到不行啊啊啊!!
