[問題] 這種天氣奶油加糖好難打發...
最近天氣好冷,奶油放在室溫下要軟化好難,加糖打發就顯得更辛苦了
今天為了打發奶油,我的手還起水泡...><
請問有什麼辦法可以讓這個動作簡單點嗎?
很怕是我的方法不對....

ps:好奇大家打發奶油是用手打還是機器打?
