[問題] 地瓜磅蛋糕的比例問題
今天在家裡做了地瓜磅蛋糕
比例是
麵粉150g
雞蛋3顆
糖120g
奶油150g
地瓜120g
鹽少許
泡打粉少許
基本上我還蠻喜歡這個口感的,但是總覺得地瓜的味道不夠濃郁
原本比例的麵糊就已經是非常的黏稠了,假使我還想提高地瓜的比例
應該會變得更加黏稠吧,如果是這樣,我應該怎麼調整才能保持原本的口感呢?
還是我應該把一部分的地瓜切成小塊丟進麵團攪勻即可!
