[問題] 薑餅屋 糖霜?餅乾?
最近想做簡易薑餅屋(用現成餅乾+簡化材料)
看了食譜有些問題
1.現成的餅乾一般會用什麼?我看到有人用義美煎餅,可是看起來很硬不好切
2.糖霜的糖是「糖霜粉」?「糖粉」?這兩個一樣嗎?
3.糖霜一定要用蛋白嗎?可以只用檸檬汁混合使用嗎?這樣黏度不知道夠不夠
