[問題] 做蛋糕,要用芝麻還是芝麻粉?
想做芝麻口味的磅蛋糕,
不知道該用整粒的芝麻還是芝麻粉比較好呢?
剛剛試著把整粒的芝麻搗碎,然後拌進麵糊裡
現在丟在冰箱熟成。
但剛剛吃了一口麵糊,感覺吃不出來芝麻的香氣@@?
有沒有做過芝麻蛋糕的人可以給我建議呢~~~謝謝!!!
