我上個月開始學烘焙
怕三分鐘熱度 先買了尚朋堂1199
30L的家用烤箱
平常蛋糕 麵包 餅乾都偶爾會烤
烤箱空間是夠用
但發現每次用跟食譜一樣的時間溫度
總是要多烤一陣子/調高溫點才會熟
味道是不錯吃
但賣相都不佳(從沒烤到跟食譜一樣的顏色過…)
麵包也無法烤到金黃色
請問若換成dr.goods這類的烤箱能解決這種問題嗎?
