[麵包] 新手做麵包的秤量問題
我是新手,家裡是用便宜的SF-400 http://ppt.cc/Vf6I
剛剛秤的時候要秤糖,鹽,沒辦法秤到0.1g(需要1.4g),然後麵團就失敗了...
當下真的好想買一台好一點可算到0.1g的秤(dretec)
但看網路上很多人都分享其實這台就很夠用....
所以是我手殘囉@@
我把這問題跟我朋友講,他說既然說明書寫1大或1/2小,就用匙去量就好
幹嘛還要用秤呢?可是我覺得裝在匙裡有時高有時低,很不一定
所以才會想要用秤...請問大家是會直接用"匙"還是另外用秤量阿?
