[問題] 烤要分層的蛋糕
想要來做做看這個要分層的沙河蛋糕
一般的作法我記得是烤好一個大蛋糕放涼之後對切
而原食譜的tip是說可以準備兩個一樣大的烤模
把蛋糕糊分在兩個模一起進去烤
但因為我沒有兩個烤模 也不想烤兩次浪費電
烤好對切的話又怕手殘切失敗 所以正在想解決之道
現在有點意想天開 想說如果我在烤模裡先倒一半的蛋糕糊
然後蛋糕糊上鋪上一張與烤模一樣大小的烘培紙作為隔層
之後再倒上另一半的蛋糕糊
這樣是不是烤好之後可以直接從烘培紙撕開 得到上下兩層分好的蛋糕呢?!
請問有沒有人用過這樣的作法 這樣可不可行呢
