[問題] 蛋糕的無鹽奶油可換成沙拉油嗎?
最近要用製麵包機做蛋糕.
爬文應屬於磅蛋糕.
材料有 無鹽奶油.
請問此材料可換成 一般沙拉油(葵花油)嗎?
會有什麼影響?口感變硬?
