[餅乾] 如果做出入口易融得餅乾
因為要做嬰兒餅乾,不放油也不放糖
目前都是用副食品的泥加麵粉或米泥做
但烤出來得餅不是很硬脆就是很軟韌
是不是一定要加泡打粉或其他的東西,才有辦法做出脆,好咬,入口易化得餅乾呢?
