[問題] Mascarpone油水分離還能用嗎?

之前做提拉米蘇還剩一半的Mascarpone一直冰在冰箱
昨天拿出來看有點油水分離了,不過試吃了一點,味道正常,應該是還沒壞
請問這樣有補救辦法嗎?
想做成冰淇淋用掉
