我是烘培新手 最近一直嚐試做吐司跟麵包
終於揉得出薄膜了 超開心超有成就感
但是想請問 吐司書上都會寫說 要等放冷才可以切得漂亮
那如果是口感呢? 是剛出爐吃最好吃嗎? 還是要放冷再吃? 搞不清楚 我又吃不太出來
每次出爐家人都很心急要吃 來不及放冷切 哈哈哈
