最近買的Panasonic的土司機...一時興起依一般土司的配方
只是把白糖17g換成黑糖50g, 另外自動投料桂圓50g
結果做出的土司只有正常的一半大小, 應該是沒有完全發酵
已經確認過酵母沒有問題..請問還有是什麼原因導致發酵不完全?
另外~總覺得依土司機配方做出的土司沒有市售的好吃.
到底需要用什麼來增加香氣~難道是外面賣的都有加香料嗎?
